I am know as a document preservation specialist. I work at Ancestry.com and I LOVE what I do. A few weeks ago I was able to go to the National Genealogy Society Convention.

My work had a few booths there and I was able to work in the scanning booth. I helped people scan their photos and documents and put all of the information on a flash drive for them to take home.

This is my friend Vikki. She is such a hoot and I absolutely enjoy working with her.

This is what I do for work and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I get to see so many amazing things that most people don't get to. I've scanned all kinds of records and documents that you wouldn't believe.

In these pictures I was helping a man scan his families Temple records from the late 1800's. This was by far the coolest thing I got to scan at this convention. I can't wait til next year when I will be able to do this again. This was such an awesome experience.
